Have a tested disaster recovery and business continuity plan
Embed a clear digital strategy aligned to the School Development Plan
Ensure governance oversight of digital risk, compliance and resilience
Most schools and trusts cannot confidently evidence all of the above and many are unaware of the full scope of responsibility these standards place on leadership and governing bodies.
The DfE Digital & Technology Standards are not optional.
