hi-impact partners with Ativion to deliver the full StudentKeeper platform
hi-impact is proud to announce a new partnership with Ativion, a global leader in digital safeguarding, filtering, monitoring and classroom-management technology. Through this collaboration, hi-impact will offer the full StudentKeeper solution to schools, trusts and colleges across the UK, strengthening our support for digital safety, compliance and effective teaching.
StudentKeeper integrates seamlessly with CPOMS, allowing safeguarding data, keyword alerts, incident information and relevant digital activity to flow directly into the system used daily by DSLs and pastoral teams. This reduces duplication, improves response times and strengthens whole-school safeguarding practice.
As schools embrace AI tools, safeguarding challenges are evolving fast. Traditional filtering only flags unsafe searches when a trigger term appears because encrypted URLs hide the rest. StudentKeeper changes the game. The platform includes built-in AI chatbot monitoring, giving you full visibility into soft searches and digital patterns that matter. This enables proactive safeguarding in an era of rapid digital transformation.
Commenting on the partnership, Kylie Reid, Managing Director at hi-impact, shared:
“Schools need solutions that combine safety, compliance and learning without adding complexity. Partnering with Ativion allows us to offer a platform that brings this all together. Integrated with CPOMS, it supports safeguarding in a way that fits with existing school systems and workflows, while ensuring children remain safe online and schools and trusts can easily access the reports they need to act quickly and intervene early.”
Andrew Skiffington, Ativion’s Regional Sales Director (EMEA), added:
“Partnering with hi-impact allows us to bring StudentKeeper’s safeguarding, filtering and classroom-management capabilities to even more schools. Their expertise in digital strategy and DfE compliance makes them an ideal partner to help education providers adopt robust, integrated solutions and create safer, more focused digital environments for learners.”
